Updater Updates in Multifamily Since NAA 2015
It’s hard to believe that it’s already been a year since we made a splash at NAA in 2015! Needless to say, we’re excited to share what we’ve been working on since last year – product features, new integrations, key expansions to our team, and much more!
However, before we puff out our chests too much, we’ll admit that the past year has been a true whirlwind for us – with as many late nights as amazing opportunities to learn from our clients and innovators in the multifamily space, who continually push us to never stop improving.
So, without further ado, here’s just a snapshot of what we’ve been working on since NAA last year. We’ve:

Launched integrations with several core property management software providers including Entrata, MRI, PropertyBoss and more (totaling over 10 integrations), allowing us to onboard new multifamily clients seamlessly

Won the Apartment Technology Innovator Award at the National Multifamily Housing Council’s annual OPTECH Conference & Exposition

Won two consecutive American Business Awards (2015 & 2016) in the category of “Most Innovative Tech Company of the Year”

Expanded our sales and account management teams, including a team to specifically focus on property-level engagement and support

Built a self-service onboarding and analytics dashboard to provide greater visibility into resident engagement metrics and return on investment tracking and reporting, as well as streamline client onboarding

Built a client Resource Center, featuring training materials (videos, eBooks, webinars, presentation slides, and more), as well as marketing collateral (press and social media templates) to help clients access all of the fantastic tools we offer more easily

Expanded service to over 750,000 units (and counting!) at communities of all shapes and sizes across the country
