Through our partnership, Wattbuy will enable Updater users nationwide to shop for and turn on electricity more efficiently than ever before.
To support WattBuy’s development of new features that Updater users will love, Updater was a major investor in WattBuy’s Series A financing. We’re thrilled to invest alongside one of the leading energy venture firms, Evergy Ventures, and accomplished entrepreneurs including Yoav Laurie of SimpleEnergy (now Uplight). WattBuy, a graduate of TechStars, has demonstrated an innovative approach to how they apply technology to the energy marketplace. We’re excited to work closely with the Wattbuy team.
