Say hello to Peter Bumcrot, Updater’s latest and greatest Account Coordinator extraordinaire. Read on for interesting factoids about our resident funny man, native New Yorker, and Workaholics-lookalike.

What are 2 personal tidbits about you?

I used to do stand-up comedy and I built my own computer.

Where did you grow up?

I grew up in New York City on the Upper West Side.

What’s your favorite fast food restaurant?

Shake Shack has absurdly good burgers, while still technically counting as fast food.

If you could travel to work every day on a vehicle without wheels (think: hovercraft, broom), what would you choose?

Iron Man-style power armor.

You can only eat one food for the rest of your life. What is it?

A hot Italian sausage hero with peppers and onions.

You have a time machine, but you can only make one trip. Where do you go?

I would go to Italy during the late Renaissance.

Which actor would play you in a movie about your life?

Adam Devine from Workaholics.

It’s the zombie apocalypse. Where do you hide?

I would hide in an airport. It would have a ton of space, supplies from the food court, and I could potentially find other survivors with the control tower. It would also be fun to freely walk around without crowds or TSA.

How many times have you moved?

Four times in New York and twice in Minneapolis.

What’s your best piece of moving advice?

Have an idea of how you will celebrate finishing your move to help keep you on task.

Do you have a moving horror story?

When I moved into my last place in Minneapolis we had to carry 2 apartments’ worth of furniture up 2 flights of stairs.
