Chad Horenfeldt Named Customer Success Influencer by MindTouch

From developing lasting relationships with our property management, real estate, and moving company partners to overseeing user experience, the initiatives of our Success Team keep us laser-focused on our partners’ needs and helping them deliver an extraordinary product. As a part of their Top Customer Success Influencers award series, MindTouch’s list of the Top 25 Customer Success Influencers of 2018 identifies members of the customer success community based on their influence in their field, community engagement, conference participation, and internet presence.
The top 25 influencers are selected by a panel of four industry-leading professionals recognized for their insights and contributions to the customer success industry. The 2018 judging panel included client success leaders such as Todd Eby, Founder and CEO of SuccessHacker, and Byron Deeter, Partner at Bessemer Venture Partners. With more than 3,200 people participating in the Top Customer Success Influencers and Strategists awards, 2018 was the largest community collaboration for the awards to date.
