Updater Named One of the Best Dog-Friendly Companies of 2019 by Rover
With National Bring Your Dog to Work Day coming up, there’s no better time to announce that Updater has recently been recognized as one of Rover’s Best Dog-Friendly Companies of 2019! The award acknowledges the positive impact that dogs have on corporate culture, as they’re known to reduce stress and improve recruiting and employee retention.
Updater has not only changed the way Americans move but created an office culture where everyone feels welcome — including our furry friends, or “Pupdaters,” as we like to call them.
Rover’s research shows that 75% of dog owners who are able to bring their pets into work are more likely to stay with their current employer. In addition, two-thirds of employees who bring their dogs into the office say that they’re more inclined to strike up conversations with their coworkers if they have their dog with them. Talk about a win-win situation!
We’re proud that Updater has been named one of the most dog-friendly offices in the country and will continue to reap the benefits of bringing our Pupdaters into the office.
