Greystar Launches Updater to Streamline Moving
NEW YORK, NY – (November 28, 2016) – Updater has signed Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC, the largest apartment management company in the United States, according to the National Multifamily Housing Council’s (NMHC) 2016 rankings. With the addition of Greystar to its client base, Updater now works with over half of the Top 50 Property Managers nationwide.
Greystar manages a portfolio of over 400,000 units across 1,800 properties, with a presence in all 50 states. Based in Charleston, South Carolina, Greystar was recognized as the top ranked apartment manager for the sixth consecutive year in the NMHC’s 27th annual rankings. Greystar was also recognized as a leader in three other NMHC categories, including Top Apartment Developers, Top Owners, and Top General Contractors.
