Penske Partner Expo Recap
This week, we hit the road for the Penske Partner Expo in Reading, Pennsylvania. On our drive from New York, we made a game out of shouting “PENSKE!” whenever we spotted one of their famous yellow trucks. As always, we were excited to visit their corporate headquarters, spread the word about Updater, and connect with our friends at Simple Moving Labor, Supply Side, AAA, SpareFoot, CubeSmart, and uShip.
During the expo, we had the opportunity to meet and train the members of Penske’s Central Reservations team. Integral to Penske, the Central Reservations team is responsible for booking and managing all truck rentals nationwide (that’s one tall order!). Together, we enjoyed an awesome training session, tons of great questions, and many laughs. All in all, our visit reinforced what we already know – just how deeply Penske values their customers’ happiness. Cheers to that!
Needless to say, we treasured our city getaway to Penske HQ, complete with starlit skies, fresh air, and a fantastic tour of downtown Reading. Thank you to Kevin and Becca at Penske for bringing the partners together again! It’s never easy to say goodbye, but we’re already gearing up for our next partner meeting. In the meantime, we look forward to strengthening our relationship in a number of ways, including more fun, productive visits to Reading.
